Each week of camp has a different theme that our activities and crafts revolve around. You can come for all 8 weeks or choose the ones you want to attend! Here are our themes for 2026:
Week 1: The Great Outdoors/Camping Week
June 29th – July 3rd
The Great Outdoors Week invites campers to connect with God through His creation while enjoying the joys of camping and gardening. Campers will explore the outdoors through classic camp activities, teamwork, and reflection, while learning to care for God’s creation by planting and tending a garden. This week encourages stewardship, gratitude, and faith as campers experience the beauty of nature and God’s presence in the great outdoors.
Week 2: Cooking Week
July 6th – July 10th
At Firefly Christian Summer Camp, we believe that cooking is more than just preparing food—it’s about creativity, teamwork, and sharing meals in a way that honors God’s blessings. Our Christian summer camp cooking program invites campers to explore and engage in activities that teach meal preparation, nutrition, and the importance of gratitude for God’s provision.
While Firefly Christian Summer Camp” is a peanut-sensitive program, please know that we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional food allergies during Cooking Week. Parents will have the option to send in allergy-friendly alternatives for any activity so that their camper may still participate in any given activity in which their allergen is present. Our staff is happy to work with families to help with those accommodations.
Week 3: Lego Week
July 13th – July 17th
Get ready for a week of imagination, creativity, and faith-filled fun at LEGO Week! Campers will use LEGO bricks to bring Bible stories to life, tackle exciting building challenges, and explore how God, the ultimate Creator, has designed us with unique talents and a purpose.
Week 4: Travel Around the World Week
July 20 – July 24th
Pack your bags and get ready for an exciting global adventure at Travel Around the World Week! During this week, campers will take a faith-filled journey to different countries and cultures, exploring how God’s love reaches all corners of the earth.
Week 5: Color Wars Week
July 27th – July 31st
Get ready for an action-packed, high-energy week as we dive into Color Wars! Campers will be divided into teams, each representing a different color, and will compete in fun-filled challenges, exciting games, and creative activities that test their teamwork, spirit, and perseverance.
Week 6: Science & Space Week
August 3rd – August 7th
Science & Space Week is an exciting journey into the wonders of God’s creation! Campers will explore the mysteries of the universe through hands-on experiments, space-themed activities, and faith-based discoveries that highlight the beauty and order of God’s design.
Week 7: Theater and Movies Week
August 10th – August 14th
Lights, camera, action! Get ready for a week filled with creativity, drama, and fun as we dive into Theater and Movies Week at Firefly Christian Summer Camp! This exciting week is all about expressing God’s story through the art of performance. Whether you’re a natural performer or new to the stage, we’ll explore the power of storytelling in a way that brings glory to God. There will be a performance open to family on the Friday of this week @ 1:00 P.M.
Week 8: Time Travel Week
August 17th – August 21st
Time Travel Week takes campers on an exciting journey through God’s story across the ages! Campers will “travel” to different times to explore different eras and learn how God’s love and faithfulness remain constant yesterday, today, and forever. Through interactive activities, games, and creative experiences, campers will discover how God’s timeless truth has always guided us in every period of time.
Every day of camp includes arts & crafts, toys & games, and dancing/outdoor activities based activities. Spots will fill up fast, register today!
